JobsIreland advertisement must be posted through the employer’s JobsIreland.ie account

Nationality, immigration status, job description, salary, and working hours needed for assessment
Application steps
We manage the 4-week Labour Market Test, including ads
Temporary access needed to employer’s JobsIreland account (or we guide them step-by-step)
Application submitted through EPOS system
Employer & employee must accept agent request
We prepare the full application in 5–8 business days once documents are received
DETE communication, document checks, responding to queries, and application submission
Support continues until final approval
